NEET releases doujin music in the high-quality Ogg Vorbis format, and strives to make the metadata as grand as possible.

We aren't capable of handling reseed requests ourselves, but some kind soul might be able to help out in the reseed request thread.

PS. We like things clean, so stuff questions in the group inquiries or request threads instead of starting new ones (you should understand which questions go where).

Most (if not all) of these albums are a bit older.

Is there gonna be a batch torrent of the albums from the last comiket anytime soon, or should I not bother waiting and just download them one at a time?

Regarding Silver Forest; we'll be skipping SFNC-0001~SFNC-0003 because they're shit compared to their other works and tagging them correctly would require too much effort, it's not even remotely worth it.

Here's some Diverse System for you Touhou fags too, it's a pretty cool disc. I like qurter's track the most.

Mass Kaneko's track is insane! If you saw his joint performance with t+paz at Flowering Night, you'll remember the sick-ass voices he loves using the entire time. That and DJ obelisk made this album worth listening through, but the rest ain't as interesting. If anything, it's a pretty diverse compilation of (mostly) electronic music, a hit-or-miss kind of release.

[NEET] [Album] (2006-05-21) ササラヤ - Floatia2 (例大祭3) (SSRY-0003) [Ogg Vorbis]

Track list:
01 どぶウサギ - Plastic Mind

05 Mass Kaneko - 狂気の瞳・改
06 DJ obelisk - Age of Light -East side Remix-

As for why I'm digging Diverse these days; it's because of their beatmania arrangement albums. Yeah, I just started playing IIDX a little while ago, and the tracks are so addictive. Therefore, enjoy the two disc compilation D11, with arranged music from the different styles.

Oh yeah, that'd be track number two. Knew I'd heard the original, but didn't remember where. Also, track nine is a remix of the Dokuro-chan OP.

>>26
Except for the Ultimate Spark album, which is a compilation of his appearances on other circles' Touhou albums, you'll mostly only find one or two tracks done by him per release. However, there's 蟲とLumpyとミュージックコンクリート, the circle made up of C.H.S, sasaraya and Dust_Box_49, with guests Mass Kaneko (USOL) and dobu usagi (dBu music), using other pseudonyms. Their first album's cool, but the second sucks hard. We'll release both of them anyway. There's a t+pazolite track on TANO*C's .core (as tpa;pbr), and his Heavenly Star remix is on AVSS's latest promo disc, which we'll be releasing today.

I said yesterday, but things didn't go so well, and it had to be delayed. Anyway, here's AVSS's promo CD for this autumn! It features a t+pazolite remix of Heavenly Star, Aura Qualic doing Uninstall, and a Kanon arrange by EVOL, among several other cool tracks of course.

Also, HAPPY NO REAL is a pretty awesome happy mix of happy material from the original shitty Negima series.

Would you by any chance have Asriel's 5th album? I am unable to find it anywhere and I really love them. You don't even need to tag it, I would just be happy to have it.

Input wanted on batch torrents (16, permasaged)

1 Name: Anonymous NEET : 2008-07-26 19:55 ID:03qiptaV [Del]

In order to keep our older releases alive and available to you, we've been thinking of batching stuff up. There's a small problem though; we can't decide how to handle them.

So, that's why we're seeking for your input. What kind of batch torrents would you prefer and more importantly, why?

7 Name: Anonymous NEET : 2008-07-27 06:02 ID:6Y0HGhTr [Del]

I think batching by circle/label would make the most sense, since it keeps similar stuff together. I really liked the DBU Music batch you guys released a while back, and I feel the release itself benefited from being a single circle/label.

I like the idea of batching by convention, however on larger conventions (such as Comikets) the torrents would be insanely large. Couple that with having to deselect rubbish albums or genres you don't like and it makes the experience harder and less convenient for whoever's downloading. Another thing to take into account when releasing by convention, is that there's a lot of diversity in terms of style of music and quality - people may be downloading music they don't want. On the other hand, there may be a few albums the downloader hasn't heard of in there, except he didn't download them because of the genericness of the torrent. For example, I would have never downloaded any Angelic Quasar releases if it wasn't for the comments that were provided by the uploader.

In short, I think that both types are good, however both have their shortcomings. I've explained the shortcomings I see with batching by convention, and I agree with >>6's comment about one or two releases by a particular circle.

However, if I was made to choose between one or the other, I'd much prefer to download by circle.

I'd prefer 'Time of release by NEET'. Batches by circle are certainly nice to have, but they have the inconvenience of each time there is a new release uploaded, that torrent will have to be replaced with an updated one. With a release by time batching, there could be, say 25-50 releases per torrent or so, and each one of those batches won't need to be replaced/updated any more. Batching by convention is nice too, but then again, there are some releases (like the mario galaxy orchestra one) that aren't from any convention. And you'll have the thing with the update of each torrent. Just my 5 cents here. Keep up with the good work NEET!

9 Name: Anonymous NEET : 2008-07-27 13:17 ID:WXRsrykV [Del]

I think Time of release by NEET would be good, possibly adding some albums that were released wayyyyy late past the convention time. Convention release might also work fine.

>>7
I can understand your reasoning but managing circle torrents would eventually become a huge burden on us.

>>8
You have some very good points. "Time of release" certainly would be the cleanest way to do this and quite a few of you seem to like it that way. That's good to hear. Regarding the batch size, we think 25 would be too small because we'd eventually drown in the batch torrents as we have already over 400 releases.

11 Name: Anonymous NEET : 2008-07-27 17:13 ID:9wdaHRMB [Del]

Perhaps it could simply be bundled by order of release. First 50 releases, then 2nd 50, etc.

12 Name: Anonymous NEET : 2008-07-27 17:51 ID:P6iGfQNP [Del]

>>11

I also agree on this. Bundle by order of NEET release. 1-50, 51-100, 101-150... If 50 is too small for a batch, go for higher - that would work as well.

I completely agree with the time of release idea.
It's simply the least-messy way to do things.
If you release by cricle you get people complaining about "why didnt you release via convention" and vice versa.
Bathing in the time of release is absically re-doing exactly what you've already done-- except in a cleaner, more manageable way.
If people don't like it-- tough. It's what you've been doing already; it's what you've had to do already, time is linear afterall.

Cheers NEET, very strong british enthusiast here!

>>13 I guess it's decided then.

Once again, thank you for all the replies and please don't feel discriminated if we didn't choose your preferred way - after all, it's impossible to please everybody.

There are some minor things that needs to be taken care of, but we'll hope to get started with this thing soon.
